Microwave vacuum drying equipment is an efficient drying equipment that integrates microwave internal heating and vacuum low-temperature environment. Its core advantage is rapid drying at low temperature while retaining the heat-sensitive components and original quality of the material to the greatest extent.  1. Core working principle: "Internal heating + low-temperature vaporization" synergy. The drying process is the complementation of microwave energy and vacuum environment, and is divided into 4 key steps: The microwave generator generates 2450MHz or 915MHz high-frequency electromagnetic waves, which directly penetrate the material and are absorbed by internal polar molecules (mainly water molecules).  Polar molecules reverse at high frequency with the electromagnetic field (billions of times per second), and the molecules collide and rub violently, causing the material to heat up evenly from the inside.  The vacuum system reduces the air pressure in the cavity to -0.06~-0.09MPa, the boiling point of water drops to 30~60℃, and the water vaporizes rapidly at low temperatures.  The vacuum pump continuously removes the vaporized water vapor, forming a "heating-vaporization-humidification" closed loop, which greatly shortens the drying cycle.  2. Core technical features: Solving traditional drying pain points. Low-temperature protection effect: Low-temperature drying at 30~60°C, with a retention rate of over 90% of heat-sensitive ingredients to avoid component damage and darker color caused by high temperatures.  Efficient and fast: the drying time is only 1/3~1/5 of traditional vacuum drying, the thermal efficiency reaches more than 80%, and the energy saving is 30%~50%.  Uniform and high-quality: The inside and outside of the material are heated simultaneously, there is no problem of "dry outside and moist inside, surface crusting", the moisture content is uniform (deviation ≤ 1%), and the shape is complete.  Clean and safe: The vacuum environment reduces oxidation and pollution, and the microwave leakage meets the national standard (≤5mW/cm²) and complies with GMP and FDA standards.  3.
