In many fields of industrial production, powder materials are indispensable 'basic building blocks'. They are not simply 'powders' but a special material form composed of a large number of solid particles with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 nanometers to 1 millimeter. From metal powders commonly used in machine shops to ceramic powders in the new materials field, these materials play a core role in numerous industries due to their unique structural properties, serving as a crucial link between basic raw materials and end products.
The core advantages of powder materials stem from their 'granular' structure—extremely large specific surface area endows them with excellent reactivity, adsorption capacity, and forming performance, while good flowability makes them suitable for continuous production lines.
