The company's continuous pusher-type kiln, with targeted designs such as segmented temperature control, atmosphere adaptation, and efficient continuous production, accurately addresses core pain points in the sintering of high-end precision ceramics, such as difficulty in temperature control, easy dimensional deformation, and poor batch stability. It provides an effective solution for the industry's large-scale, high-quality production. The specific 'breakthrough' advantages are reflected in the following aspects: 1. Precise temperature control, overcoming challenges in microstructure and dimensional accuracy. The sintering of high-end precision ceramics is extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations; even minor temperature differences can lead to abnormal grain growth or uneven shrinkage. The Alme continuous pusher-type kiln has made multiple optimizations for this: On one hand, its atmospheric-type equipment divides into complete temperature zones including preheating, heating, high-temperature, and cooling sections. The MLCC dedicated model maintains a stable sintering temperature of 1300°C, paired with multiple thermocouples for closed-loop temperature control, achieving a temperature uniformity of ±3°C for some related products, effectively avoiding ceramic cracking and deformation caused by temperature differences. On the other hand, the equipment supports no less than 100-step temperature control programs and can store 10 sintering curves, allowing customization of heating, holding, and cooling processes according to the characteristics of different precision ceramics such as alumina ceramics and electronic ceramics, ensuring uniform and fine-grained crystals and maintaining product dimensional tolerance within the micrometer range. 2. Flexible atmosphere adaptation, avoiding component oxidation and deterioration risks. Some precision ceramics such as LTCC ceramic packages and ceramic capacitors require oxygen isolation during sintering; otherwise, component oxidation may occur, affecting electrical performance and structural stability. To meet this need, Alme has designed its
